"Recently, I needed a new floor completely sanded and refinished. After contacting Carpets by Direct and speaking to representative Greg Hardy, I was surprised that he would be able to get to my project within seven days. This is unheard of in the construction market. The techs showed up at my home on a Monday. This stripped the original color, and within two days they had my floor looking awesome. Having previously been a general contractor licensed in five states, I recognize professionalism and pride in someone's work.
